Most mobile homes have a gutter system that is built into the roof system. Currently we do not provide these types of gutter systems. See the picture provided. --->
These type of 'Roll Form' systems are found on Mobile homes & Carports. If we offer these services in the future we will update our site to reflect.
6 Inch Gutters Hold 50% More Water Than 5 Inch Gutters
A simple upgrade from 5″ to 6″ gutters can boost your rain collection considerably. If your gutters have struggled to handle the water coming off your roof in a storm, it's time for an upgrade.
For example, a one-foot section of 5 inch gutters would be able to hold roughly 300 cubic inches of water at any given time, while the same length of 6 inch gutters would hold 432 cubic inches
In Florida we recommend at minimum a 6" gutter on any residential home.
Surprisingly, 6-inch gutters can handle a significantly larger amount of water. In addition, the larger gutters can better handle debris and are less prone to clogging from leaves and other common items that get flushed down into your gutters
6-inch K-Style gutters can hold up to 2 gallons of water per foot
Overall, aluminum gutter systems have an average life expectancy of 20 years; while their downspouts tend to last up to 30 years. Keep in mind factors such as climate, weather patterns, and maintenance are driving factors for gutter systems lasting longer (or shorter) than their average lifespan.
