Due to the consistent raising and lowering of material cost due to the financial climate globally, our pricing is guaranteed as quoted for 30 days. An exception to this is if we reach out to you by email, text or phone before the 30 days and advise of a price adjustment based on the industry as we are notified. We try to keep materials stocked for current and outlooked potential jobs but this can be difficult at times. We always suggest if you know you want to go with us within the next few months, approve the quote provided and lock in your pricing. We will then obtain your materials and hold them until you are ready for installation (within an agreed upon timeline within reason). We work with customer on a daily basis to hold installation until roofing, painting and other task are completed before we schedule our installed work.
